Education - Development and Behavior Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine, Certified Behavior Analyst.

Tea was the director of "Social Projects" Ltd in 2010-2018. In 2012-2016, she was a Member of the Council for the Protection of the Rights and Integration of Persons with Disabilities at the Tbilisi Municipality City Hall.

In 2012-2016, she was a Member of the Advisory Board

under the Health and Social Care Committee of the Parliament of Georgia and health expert.

From 2017 to present, she is the chairwoman of the NNLE "Society for Inclusion".

Tea joined the organization "Child Family Society" in 2020.
